Date and Venue of The Congress
The 44th Turkish National Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Congress will be organized from 15th to the 19th November 2023 in Kaya Palazzo Congress Center, Belek-Antalya.
Language of The Congress
The official language of the congress is Turkish. Throughout the congress, simultenous translation will be made from Turkish to English and vice versa in accordance with the scientific program.
Registration and Help Desks
Registration and Help services will be starting to work on 15th November 2023 in Kaya Palazzo Hotel and other stopover hotels. These desks will be open from 15th to 19th November 2023 from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Our guests will be met by SERENAS personel in all hotels.
Identification Badge
Our guests that will enter the congress center are required to complete the necessary registration procedures and take their identification badge. Identification badge must be present in all scientific and social activites throughout the congress. The guests are kindly requested to wear their badges throughout the congress for security reasons.
Certificate of Participation
All participants can take their certificate of participation in the kiosks that are in the congress center at 12.00 on 18th November 2023 by scanning the barcode at the back of their identification badge.
Turkish Medical Association Continuing Education Loan Points
Our congress will be provided with a loan by Turkish Medical Association (TTB). In order to provide the loan, we kindly ask you to give your ID number to the registration team during the registration.
Letter of Invitation / Permission Slip
Letters of invitation to be given to the institutions to attend the congress will be sent to the participants that request it by the congress secreteriat. These type of letters of invitation may only be used with the purpose of permission. Registration and accomodation fees belong to the guets that have a letter of invitation.
Transfers
The transfers between the airport and congress hotel of all the participants who have notified Serenas Tourism about their flight hours beforehand will be dually made for a fee between the dates of15th and 19th November 2023.
